The meeting objective is to identify activities for the IMA to help facilitate the adoption of integrated measurements and advanced process control (APC). The meeting will consist of two panels that will address the objective. Each panel member will give a brief 5 to 10 minute comment on the questions he or she has elected to address followed by open discussion and questions.

1. What do your customers want for integrated measurements and APC? 2. What are your company's plans to deliver the technology?
3. What are your needs?
4. What are the barriers to providing these needs?
5. How can these barriers be overcome?
6. What standards need to be established or adhered to?
7. What can the IMA do to help?

10:30 - 12:00 Panel 2 - Chip and Wafer Manufacturers

1. What APC and integrated measurement technology do you want?
2. What is your time scale for implementing the technology?
3. What do you want from the equipment vendors?
